Submission temporarily frozen
Manuscripts, in electronic form should be submitted to the Technical Editor:
jse@hit.ac.il.
Submission is a representation that the manuscript has not been published
previously and is not currently under consideration for publication
elsewhere. A statement transferring copyright from the authors to Holon
Institute of Technology will be required and the Editors will
supply the necessary forms for this transfer. Such a written transfer of
copyright, which previously was assumed to be implicit in the act of
submitting a manuscript, is necessary in order for the publisher to carry
through the dissemination of research results and reviews as widely and
effectively as possible.
Manuscripts must be in English and include an abstract. The style of the
manuscripts should follow the recommendations made by the American Institute
of Physics. Manuscripts should be written in any common version of Latex or Word.
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, the Editors reserve the right to introduce
formal changes consistent with the overall style of the journal. This
applies to such items as numeration of sections and subsections, numeration
of equations and references, footnotes, and citation of equations and
references throughout the text.
A title page should include the title of the article, author's name (no
degree), author's affiliation and an e-mail address for
corresponding author. PACS numbers should be provided (Series A).
Black and white illustrations (photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts)
are to be num-bered in one consecutive series of Arabic numerals and have an
explanatory title. You should number your references sequentially through
the text using the Arabic numerals in square brackets for citation in the
text. The reference list at the end of the paper lists the references in
numerical order, not alphabetically. References should include (in this
order): initials and last names of all authors, name of publication, volume
number, starting page or inclusive pages, and year published. The style and
punctuation of the references should conform to that used in the journal -
illustrated by the following examples:
